Dad Bod Sculptors - your program on your wrist

About
The watch face for anyone doing the Dad Bod Sculptors program. Free, no account, nothing to unlock.
A program you follow for a year needs a reminder you see fifty times a day. Not a notification, not another app to open: the screen you already look at.
FOUR LAYOUTS, AND YOU PICK YOURS FROM YOUR PHONE
All four ship in the same watch face. Garmin Connect, your device, the watch face, Settings, Layout. Three seconds, no reinstall, and you can change your mind weekly.
A - SCULPTOR
The emblem is the subject, not a stamp in a corner. It sits in the middle of the screen and FILLS WITH AMBER FROM THE BOTTOM as your Body Battery rises: an outline at 20 percent, sculpted at 90. The time anchors underneath, the outer ring carries your progress. It uses their logo for what it actually is - a before and after - and it reads from across a room, because what changes is a shape, not a number.
B - PLATE
The time takes the top third of the screen - the proportion measured on the two most installed watch faces on the whole Store. The DAD BOD SCULPTORS plate signs the bottom. Between them, three figures for the three pillars the brand puts forward: weekly intensity minutes, calories, program day. Each column says what it measures, because 180 could be any of the three.
C - THE PROGRAM
The program becomes the subject and the time steps down to being one metric among others. Day number large, its total right under it, your weight change since day one, the emblem signing the top. The ring is SPLIT: energy on the left, progress on the right - two gauges for the price of one radius. This is the accountability pillar, on your wrist, permanently.
D - RESET
The metabolic dashboard. Body Battery very large - the number that answers the three o'clock slump - ringed by three satellites: stress, sleep score, recovery hours. Each one labelled, because a bare number tells you nothing. The densest of the four, for big screens.
YOUR PROGRAM, YOUR NUMBERS
Program length is a setting, in days: 365 by default, anything from 30 to 730. Start weight is a setting too, so the face can show the gap since day one - the unit this brand actually speaks in. Everything else comes from the watch: Body Battery, stress, sleep score, recovery time, intensity minutes, calories.
IT DEGRADES, IT NEVER FALLS OFF A CLIFF
Eleven screen types, from a 454 pixel AMOLED down to a 176 pixel one bit display. On the small ones the emblem becomes the plate and labels shorten to three letters, then step aside - but the time, the subject and the brand always stay. Every layout has a written order of sacrifice, checked on the simulator at every screen class.
SETTINGS - FROM THE PHONE, NOT THE WATCH
Garmin Connect, Devices, your watch, the watch face, Settings. Layout, program length, start weight, and what the ring shows. Garmin does not allow settings to be changed on the watch itself - a platform rule, not a shortcut taken here.
WHAT IT DOES NOT DO
It does not count reps, and it does not read gym machines: Garmin exposes neither to third party apps. It does not weigh you - the start weight is what you type, the current one is what your Garmin profile holds. It does not send anything anywhere.
PERMISSIONS - TWO, AND NO MORE
Complications, for Body Battery, stress, sleep and recovery. User Profile, for your weight. Nothing else: every extra permission is a question you make someone answer before they have seen anything.
PRIVACY
No account, no network call, no trial, no paid upgrade. Nothing is collected, stored or sent. The watch face reads what your watch already knows, and draws it.
WATCHES
fenix 8 (43 and 47/51 mm), fenix 8 Solar, epix 2, Forerunner 965, venu 3, Instinct 3 AMOLED and Solar 45 mm.
TRADEMARK
