Kékszalag - Blue Ribbon

This simple digital tribute watch face counts down the days to the next Kékszalag race of which date can be set in the watch face’s settings in Connect Mobile / Garmin Express. Further displays the wind from the standard Garmin weather forecast for the current location and time. Wind speed can be displayed in knots or beaufort, direction is shown by an arrow on a wind rose. Displaying current Moon phase and baro trend arrow can also be enabled. Of course you can use this watch face to count down the days to any important regatta you wish. And you can switch the Kékszalag background motif off or select a general regatta background motif. Kékszalag or the Blue Ribbon Round the Lake Balaton Race is an international sailing regatta. By today the regatta became Europe's most prestigious and oldest existing round a lake competition. The Blue Ribbon's course is the longest among the main European round the lake events and nowadays has also the largest fleet competing. The race is organized annually around Full Moon in July.
