This widget is a handy tool to visualize electricity time-of-use tariffs during the day. Let's all raise our energy consumption awareness and reduce our carbon footprint. # Features * 24 hour, single hand clock * Color-coded arcs indicate tariff periods during the current day * Handles up to 3 tariffs (peak, shoulder, off-peak) * Customizable schedules for weekdays, Saturdays, and Sundays and holidays * Separate summer and winter schedules with customizable start & end dates * Customizable list of holidays for the entire year for applying the holiday schedule * Displays current tariff rate (User specified in the settings) * Displays the current schedule (winter or summer) # FULL Version Features * Customizable tariff descriptions * Customizable tariff colors * Displays time remaining at the current tariff rate * Displays the tariff for the next upcoming period * Option to display minute hand * Option to display the current date * Option to color code the analog hand to the current tariff level # Instructions Obtain the time-of-use tariff (rate) schedule from your electric power company. The following tariff schedules must be entered into the widget settings: Summer weekday Summer Saturday Summer Sunday & holiday Winter weekday Winter Saturday Winter Sunday & holiday For each schedule, peak, shoulder and off-peak hours can be specified. Enter the time periods in the settings. Each schedule should have the entire 24 hours covered, with no gaps. If the Saturday rate schedule is the same as weekdays, copy the weekday settings into the Saturday settings. If the Sunday & holiday rate schedule is the same as Saturday, enable the "Use Saturday schedule for Sundays and holidays" setting. Next specify the days for holidays, when the Sunday and holiday tariffs will apply. This can be blank if there are none.
