However, due to the screen size limitations only the 3nd, 4th and 6th day weights show on the x-axis, with the current weight prominently shown at the top. You can choose between displaying the BMI and body fat percentage, which is calculated using your current weight, height, gender and birth year which is taken from your Garmin profile. The weight unit is also taken from your Garmin profile (pounds or kg). The weight goal will also be displayed once it is entered in the app settings, and this can be entered in either pounds or kg, depending on your unit. Please note that it is only possible to extract the current weight from your Garmin profile and not its history; and therefore, upon first install the previous 6 days are based on a percentage of your current weight. Each day the current weight will be stored until all the days are updated at the end of the week. It is necessary to open the app whenever new weight information is entered in your profile, so that the weight history and next notification time is updated. You will get a notification reminder at 10 am each morning to open the app if you choose to have it displayed. See it in action by watching the video below!
