7-Day Cycling Distance Widget w/ Complication
· v0.7.7-c
About
Use this widget to quickly see at a glance how many miles or kilometers you have cycled over the past 7 days on the current device. For example, on a Wednesday, the widget will display total cycling mileage since the last Thursday to today. This is useful if you are trying to keep your 7-day 'mileage load' around a certain amount regardless of when a normal training week might start or end.
This widget publishes the 7-day running distance as a complication that can be displayed and supported watch faces on supported devices.
This widget will also show your average 7-day mileage from the past 4 weeks. The ratio of your 7-day to 4-week average (your acute-to-chronic mileage ratio) will be plotted on a colored bar to indicate whether you are within the commonly accepted optimal range of between .8 and 1.3. (See https://www.outsideonline.com/health/training-performance/injury-prevention-acute-chronic-workload-ratio-research/)

Please note:
* This widget can only calculate totals based upon activities recorded and stored locally on the watch. Activity synced from other devices via the Garmin TrueUp feature are not counted.
* This widget requires your watch to be running Connect IQ 3.3.0 or later. If you are running the latest available firmware for your device you are likely already on this version or above.
