PLAYTIME

PLAYTIME turns your Garmin watch into a simple sensory toy for infants (0–6+ months). Newborns don't see color the way adults do — vision develops over the first months. A baby starts life seeing mostly high-contrast black & white, then red, then blue & yellow, then green, and finally the full rainbow. PLAYTIME shows only the colors your baby can actually perceive at their stage, so what's on screen is always matched to their eyes — and it grows with them. • Hold the watch in front of your baby and tap the screen. • Every tap = a new figure AND a new color pair. • 8 bold figures: vertical & horizontal stripes, checkerboard, bullseye, diagonals, spiral, smiley, and a big star. • Set your baby's age in Settings and the on-screen colors lock to what they can see at that age: – 0–1 mo: black & white – 2 mo: + red – 3 mo: + blue & yellow – 4–5 mo: + green – 6+ mo: full rainbow • Auto-change: turn it on (default) and the figure + color change on their own about every 3 seconds — hands-free play. Turn it off in Settings for tap-only. • The screen stays lit while you play, so the toy stays visible during a session. • Silent by default, with an optional gentle tap buzz. • Works on round, rectangular, AMOLED and MIP Garmin touch watches. • Exit anytime: long-press the screen (about 1 second) or press BACK.
