Temporal Clock

This is a throwback to a timekeeping method used in ancient times, where the daylight period and night time were each divided into equal length "hours", usually 6 or 12. Thus not only was an hour in the day different in length from an hour at night, but the length of an hour changed with the seasons. Temporal hours are sometimes referred to as seasonal hours, biblical or Jewish hours.
