About
STAmina Companion is a Garmin watch application designed to work in tandem with the STAmina Apnea Trainer mobile app (available on iOS and Android). This pairing enables you to seamlessly obtain real-time heart rate data from your watch while participating in exercises on your mobile phone, and it also allows you to control the workout by registering contractions and ending intervals.
Obtaining real-time SpO2 data is not possible.
Please note that a STAmina PRO subscription is required to view heart rate charts in the mobile application (the subscription can be purchased within the mobile app). Please ensure that your mobile app version is 6.5.0 or later.
