------------------- IMPORTANT: hDrop device is required to use this datafield. ---------------------- This datafield you can monitor sweat losses, sodium losses, and our hDrop Score. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- HOW TO USE THIS DATAFIELD? 1) Download it from the Connect IQ Store 2) Go to your Connect IQ App (Store) and check your installed datafields. 3) Select hDrop Scores datafield. 4) Select "Settings". 5) Under settings, you can: - Type your baseline (generated after three intense workouts on your hDrop App, it can be found right above the Sweat Zones graph). - IMPORTANT: Leave the 'Device Name' field as it is unless you have more than 1 hDrop. If you have more than 1 hDrop, then type your hDrop device name as "HDROP-XXXXXXXX" (changing the X's with the device you want to connect to serial name). The serial name can be found under My Device (Top Left menu on hDrop App). - Turn on or off the fields you would like to display during your workout (Sweat Loss, Sodium Loss, hDrop Score) - Select your units (metric or imperial). 6) Press Save. 7) Sync your Garmin device with your phone. 8) Right before starting a workout on your Garmin device, go to settings, data screens, select your screen, edit data fields, and tap where you would like to place the hDrop Scores datafield. Then select Connect IQ, look for hDrop Scores and tap it. 9) You are all set on the Garmin side. Now, open your hDrop App, start an activity, go to settings (settings icon top right corner of hDrop App in-activity screen) , and select "Connect with Garmin". This will disconnect your hDrop from your phone and now you are ready to start your Garmin activity. 10) Once you are done, finish your activity on the Garmin side first, and then reconnect to the hDrop App to finish and submit that data to the hDrop App for deeper insights. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Heat exhaustion?
