SkyLing Face - your pet on your watch face

The official companion watch face for SkyLing. Keep your virtual pet in view all day - your SkyLing's current species, stage, mood, and stats live right on your watch face, alongside the time, date, and the activity stats you care about. ═════ READ THIS FIRST ═════ This is a WATCH FACE, not the pet game itself. Your pet - the egg that hatches, and the steps and activities that raise it - lives in a SEPARATE free app called "SkyLing" (the main app, not this watch face). This face is a live mirror of that pet. If you ONLY install this watch face, it will just show a sleeping egg that never hatches, because there's no pet for it to mirror yet. To get going you need both: the SkyLing app (where your pet actually lives) AND this face (where you watch it). See "How to pair" below. ═════ WHAT IT SHOWS ═════ • YOUR LIVING PET: Your SkyLing's sprite sits front and centre - the exact species, life stage, and mood from your SkyLing app. It hops awake when you raise your wrist, and wobbles gently while still an egg or cocoon. • TIME & DATE: Clean digital time and day of week, sized for your device. • PET STATS AT A GLANCE: Four configurable bubbles show hunger, happiness, cleanliness, and health - or swap any of them for device stats like steps, heart rate, battery, floors, stress, or Body Battery. • ATTENTION RING: A coloured ring around the edge warns you when your SkyLing needs you - yellow when a stat runs low, red when it's sick or has passed away. • TAP FOR DETAILS: Tap your pet for a quick pop-up of all four care stats. • SPECIES THEMING: The background and accent colours shift to match your SkyLing's species and family. ═════ HOW TO PAIR ═════ 1. Install the free SkyLing app from the Connect IQ Store (search "SkyLing" - it's the app, not this watch face). Open it on your watch and hatch your egg - it hatches in about an hour, then your steps and activities raise it. 2. In the SkyLing app, go to Settings → Watch Face to get your 4-digit pairing code. 3. Set this watch face as your active face. 4. Edit this watch face's settings and enter the 4-digit code. 5. Within a few minutes your SkyLing appears. Done - the code is one-time, and the face stays paired from then on. ═════ HEADS UP: 5-MINUTE SYNC ═════ The watch face refreshes your SkyLing's data about every 5 minutes - this is a Garmin limitation on how often watch faces are allowed to fetch data in the background. If you feed, clean, play with, or heal your SkyLing in the main app, the watch face may take a few minutes to catch up. The SkyLing app is always the source of truth; the watch face is a live mirror of it. ═════ ALWAYS-ON FRIENDLY ═════ On AMOLED devices, an always-on display mode shows a dimmed silhouette of your pet plus the time, with gentle pixel-shifting to protect your screen.
