With Garmin Handwashing widget, let's develop a healthy and hygenic hand-washing habit! By default, the watch vibrates every 2 hours to remind you to wash your hands. You can also set your own frequency or create a pre-meal reminder. Before washing your hands, you'll be shown a clear animation which demonstrates 7 steps of hand-washing to keep the germs away. You'll then wash your hands with a 30-second countdown. Missed your hand-washing sessions? Check how long it has been since you last washed your hands on the main screen. Let's wash our hands now!
