Three progress rings track your chosen metrics, paired with weather, battery, heart rate, and step data in a balanced layout. All progress rings are fully customizable — you choose which stats each ring displays and set the ring colours via Garmin IQ settings. Garmin’s default goals steps, calories, floors etc. can be overridden with your own custom daily targets. Built for smooth performance and high‑contrast clarity on both AMOLED and MIP devices.
