Chronos-Bio redraws your day as a single circle. The outer ring is a full 24 hours — midnight at the top, running clockwise — split into 96 fifteen- minute blocks. Each elapsed block is coloured by what your body was doing: • BLUE — sleep and recovery • AMBER — physical activity / raised heart rate • GREEN — rest, low stress • ORANGE — higher stress or load • DIM GREY — still to come, or no data yet The blocks are back-filled from Garmin's own stress and heart-rate history and your sleep schedule, and every elapsed block is cached on the watch, so the timeline keeps its shape all day — even across a reboot. Around that band sits a clean analog clock: 12 rim markers with 12/3/6/9 emphasised, and high-contrast floating hands that taper to a sharp point and never cover the centre readout. In the middle: your live Body Battery (or Stress score), the date, and the watch battery. A dotted tick gauge along the bottom tracks a goal of your choice — steps, floors, active minutes or Body Battery. Long-press the face to open a legend that explains every colour. Built for memory-in-pixel (MIP) displays: an exact 64-colour-safe palette, one code path for the 240 / 260 / 280 round buckets, and all sensor work done once per minute in lock-step with the clock to stay light on the battery. Optionally stays fully rendered in low-power mode on non-AMOLED watches.
