Fasting Timer
· v1.1
About
See your fasting window on your wrist.
Requires: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=little.green.studios.app.fastingtimer.app&pcampaignid=web_share
Fasting Timer shows the stage you are in and how long is left on your watch's glance, so checking
your fast takes a glance rather than a phone. When a stage is due, you can confirm the change from
the watch and it is recorded exactly as if you had done it on the phone.
WHAT IT SHOWS
• Your plan and current stage — fasting or eating
• Time remaining, counting down live
• How far through the stage you are, as a progress bar
• How long you are over, once a stage is due
FROM THE APP VIEW
• Confirm the move to the next stage, with a prompt naming it
• The full cycle as a progress ring, and the clock time your stage is due to end
REQUIRES THE PHONE APP
This is a companion. It needs the Fasting Timer Android app and Garmin Connect Mobile installed and
connected. Your phone keeps the schedule, your history and your statistics; the watch mirrors it.
Because your phone sends the stage's end time rather than a ticking countdown, the watch keeps
showing the right time remaining even when your phone is in another room or out of Bluetooth range.
PRIVACY
Nothing is sent anywhere. The watch stores only the current stage and its start and end times,
received from your phone, and that is all it ever holds. There are no accounts, no servers and no
tracking.
NOT MEDICAL ADVICE
Fasting Timer is a timer. It does not give health, dietary or medical advice, and it makes no
claims about the effects of intermittent fasting. Talk to a qualified professional before changing
how you eat, particularly if you are pregnant, diabetic, taking medication, or have a history of
disordered eating.
