DO NOT use a follower account, as Dexcom will reject it with Error 400. FreeStyle Libre users: Do NOT use your main LibreLink account. You must invite a second email address via LibreLinkUp and enter those secondary follower credentials into the watch settings. HOW TO SET IT UP Step 1: Set up your account credentials For Dexcom: 1. Make sure you know your primary Dexcom account email/username and password. For FreeStyle Libre: 1. Open your main LibreLink app, go to Connected Apps, then LibreLinkUp. 2. Tap Invite User and send an invite to a second email address you own. 3. Download the LibreLinkUp app, accept the invite, and register using that second email. Step 2: Configure your watch settings 1. Install GlucoFlex and select it as your watch face. 2. On your phone, open the Garmin Connect IQ app. 3. Go to My Device to My Watch Faces to GlucoFlex to Settings. 4. Choose your glucose source: Dexcom: Enter your MAIN Dexcom email and password. FreeStyle Libre: Enter your secondary LibreLinkUp email and password. 1. Select your correct Region (USA vs. Outside USA), units (mg/dL or mmol/L), and thresholds. 2. Make sure to press "Done" or "Enter" on your keyboard so fields show solid text, then hit Save. TROUBLESHOOTING: ERROR 400 (DEXCOM) If you get Error 400 on your watch display, check these three common causes: Follower Account: Make sure you are not using a follower login. Use your primary account. Region Selection: Verify your region setting matches where your Dexcom account was created. Unsaved Fields: Re-open settings, re-type your login, press "Done" on your phone keyboard to confirm, and save again. Day and battery % are now white and easier to read. mmol/L low and high alerts: switch Glucose Units and the numbers convert automatically (e.g. 70/180 to 4/10) so you can edit them. Clearer alert settings. Dexcom setup text and on-watch error messages are clearer (login, region, Share, phone connection). Instinct Solar / Instinct 2: layout clears the top-right circle; battery shows in that circle.
