mCarbon
· v1.5.1
About
The mCarbon watch face. Displays time in a large readable font, and includes day and date, with a battery remaining percentage.
Features 4 goal metrics that reset each day.
Metrics to choose from (limited by device support):
- Calories
- Activity Minutes, combined moderate/vigorous minutes. 1 minute of moderate activity counts as 1 minute, while vigorous activity counts as 2 minutes
- Floors Climbed
- Floors Descended
- Steps
- Meters Climbed
- Distance Travelled
Each metric is configurable in the Connect IQ app. For metrics that have a built in system goal, use 0. The default values are as follows:
- Calories: 2500
- Activity minutes: 60
- Floors Climbed: 0, uses system calculated goal
- Floors Descended: 10
- Steps: 0, uses system calculated goal
- Meters Climbed: 100
- Distance Travelled: 5000
If a metric is not supported on the device, metric will show as "N/A".
Settings allow metric placement customizations. You can select where each metric appears, either left or right side, and either inner or outer side of the metric bar.
Metrics can be displayed as either count down, or count up, configurable in the Connect IQ app. Default is count down.
- Count down: counts down from the goal to zero, and shows on its metric bar as a percentage of the remaining metric. Markers start at the top each day, and migrate down as activity progresses. Once the goal for the metric is reached, the data will increment showing how much each metric has been exceeded by for the day. Exceeded metrics show with a leading "+" sign.
- Count up: counts up from zero, and shows on its metric bar as a percentage of the goal achieved. Markers start at the bottom each day, and migrate up as activity progresses.
